  2. Sign messages with an electronic signature.
  3. Be concise in composition.
  4. Ask before sending attachments.
  5. Refrain from sharing addresses without getting permission first.
  6. Use a descriptive subject line.
  7. Tell the the recipient if it is long in the subject line.
